Our manufacturing facility is staffed by highly trained and highly motivated personnel who are constantly working with Lean Manufacturing techniques. They are fully conversant with all disciplines for the production of POS/POP solutions as well as precision engineering through to high volume, low cost, fabrications.
The service provided is diverse and comprehensive and we prefer to manage all aspects of it to achieve our customer expectations.
The facilities include:
- A Design department fully equipped and trained in CAD and if necessary providing 3D Graphic visuals (both rendered and animated).
- Full CAD facility.
- Wire fabrication (including CNC).
- Tubular fabrication.
- Sheet material fabrication.
- General fabrication using Mig/Tig or Robot Mig welding for larger volume production.
- CNC Profile cutting of steel plate.
- Precision machining (CNC Milling/turning).
- Electrostatic powder and plastic coating.
- General woodworking.
- Plus long established links to local laser cutting, acrylics, vacuum-formed plastics and screen/digital graphics companies.
